We've all been there. Too much to do, and not enough time. You thought you had enough, but then life happened. Maybe an unexpected call from a friend threw off your timing, maybe the kids lost a shoe, or you just aren't feeling well (we are living in a pandemic). How do you get your schedule back on track?


The answer, of course, is planning. Which is a lot like saying the answer to losing weight is to eat less and exercise. It is easy enough to say, but how do you make it happen so that it doesn't require you to plan to plan?


Small habits. Determine what your priorities are, and then break them down into small habits that you can gradually build on each day. In the beginning it will be easy, then it will be hard as you truly learn how to change who you are to become the person you want to be. But you can do this! If you can Dream It, you can Be It!
